We do not. Blinds 4 Less is a shop at home service. We bring everything right to your home.

Always. Blinds 4 Less respects your privacy and we understand how important it is to our customers to have their information safely handled.

 

ORDERS:

+ How long does it take to get my order?

All orders are custom made in Philadelphia, PA. Generally, it takes 7-10 days for the order to be fabricated. Once order is complete we will contact you to set up a date to install your new window treatments.

+ How do I pay for my window treatments?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cash or check.

+ How does shop at home service work?

Shopping with Blinds 4 Less couldn’t be easier. We bring the showroom directly to your home or office! Once an appointment is made, Blinds 4 Less will come to your home to measure the windows and provide an estimate. We will bring all the samples and product choices with us. This lets you to see how each window treatment style and color will look in your home and allow you to make a better decision about your purchase.

+ How do I know what the product will look like in my home?

With our shop at home service we will bring samples of our products right to your home. Our samples allow you to see how an exact color shade and style will look in your home.

+ Where are your products made?

Blinds 4 Less proudly makes all our window treatments in the USA. Each custom order is meticulously crafted by trained technicians in Philadelphia, PA.

REFUNDS:

+ Is it possible to change my order once i select my window treatments?

It is possible to change your order ONLY if it is before the order has been placed to the factory. All window treatments are custom made to each customers specification, because of this once your order has been placed with the factory no alterations can be done to your order.

+ Do you Provide refunds?

Unfortunately, because each order is custom made to your specifications we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed with our factory. We do our best to ensure you are fully satisfied with the window treatments you picked and sure about the order before it is placed.

+ What if one of my blinds breaks?

We stand behind our product and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you ever experience an issue with your window treatments give us a call at 586-709-7648 and we will discuss the best solution for the damage.

 

INSTALLATION:

+ When will my blinds be installed?

Once your order is completed at the factory we will call you to set up a day and time that works best for you to install your new blinds.

+ What is the difference between inside and outside mount?

Inside mounted window treatments will attach to the inside of the window frame, so they will be flush with the wall. An outside mounted window treatment attaches to the outside of the window and extends beyond the wall or door.

+ Can I purchase blinds and install them myself?

In general, we do not provide blinds for customers to install on their own. All of our window treatments are custom fabricated we like to only have our trained technicians installing the blinds to avoid damage to the customers home and window treatments. However, exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. Contact us for more information regarding installing blinds yourself.
